SEAT Media System Plus - SEAT Media System Plus is the Spanish brand’s latest iteration of its celebrated infotainment system, providing device connectivity, app integration and 3D navigation. When you press the primary menu key, the system presents you with a series of options on an intuitive interface. These include everything you might expect, such as radio, media, navigation, traffic, images, telephone, vehicle information, “full link” for mobile integration, sound and settings options. Playing music from your devices is easy. Just click the media icon, touch “source” and select your device. The car will then play the music from your device automatically until you tell it otherwise.
The quality of the audio equipment is also exceptionally high, giving you an immersive sound experience. SEAT invests heavily in speakers which are placed strategically around different parts of the vehicle for optimal audio fidelity.
Electric Seats - The SEAT Alhambra allows you to sit back, relax, and enjoy the journey with fully-adjustable electric seats. The seats have 12-way adjustability with memory function that returns them to the desired position of the individual driver.
KESSY Keyless Entry - Fumbling around in your pockets for your car keys is a thing of the past with the KESSY Keyless Entry System from SEAT. The keyless entry system only requires you to have your key on your person to unlock your vehicle. Sensors in the car detect the presence of the key fob and automatically open the doors, allowing you to keep your hands free for whatever else you need them for, whether it’s carrying bags of shopping or putting your skis in the back.
The KESSY system on the Alhambra will also automatically lock the vehicle once you walk out of range - the ultimate convenience.
Rear View Camera - The rearview camera makes driving the Alhambra in the city easy. When you put the car into reverse, an image of what is behind you appears on the infotainment screen in the cabin, giving you a perfect 360-degree as you try to fit into a tight spot.
Electric Tailgate And Sliding Doors - The Alhambra comes with a nifty piece of technology - an electric tailgate - or handle-less boot. You simply walk up to the car, place your hand on the tailgate button, and it will open automatically for you with none of the usual hassles.
Getting in and out of the Alhambra is a breeze too. The sliding doors mean that you can still park the car in tight spaces without having to worry about the kids bashing the paintwork.
Rear USB Ports - The majority of new vehicles provide USB access to the driver and front-side passenger but rarely are there charging options for those travelling in the rear. SEAT wants to change this with the latest iteration of the Alhambra. It knows that people want to be able to use and charge their devices all the time, even if they’re sitting in the back. It, therefore, offers rear-facing USB ports, letting the kids in the rear (or anyone else) keep their devices topped up.
Safety Features - Just like the rest of the vehicles in the SEAT range, the Alhambra features a host of safety features designed to protect occupants. The number of safety features in this year's model is genuinely mind-boggling, making this a fabulous family car.
Seven Airbags - The latest Alhambra features more than seven airbags designed to cushion occupants in the event of a collision. The company hopes you never need to use them, but it is good to know that they're there. There are driver and passenger airbags, side-impact airbags, and bags in the rear to provide body cushioning in the event of a side impact.
Tiredness Recognition System - SEAT has developed a new technology designed to alert drivers when they’re beginning to show signs of tiredness. This feature is always on, ready for when you need it most. If the system detects that you might be feeling a little tired, it’ll provide a “driver alert” and recommend that you take a break.
Front Assist - Front assist braking comes as standard with the latest Alhambra. The feature uses front-facing cameras to detect the speed of the vehicle in front. If it suddenly decelerates, then your Alhambra will brake if the system believes you don’t have enough time to react.
ISOFIX - SEAT’s ISOFIX system is a godsend for parents. It allows them to safely mount compatible child safety seats, knowing that they will remain secure throughout the journey. It is, therefore, the perfect vehicle for people with growing families.
MultiCollision Braking System - The latest Alhambra features a multicollision braking technology which takes into account the vehicles in front as well as behind when making emergency stop braking the decisions. The purpose of the system is to minimize rear-side impacts when braking because of an obstruction ahead.
Blind Spot Detection And Lane Assist - The Alhambra range comes with technology that can spot vehicles in your blind spot as standard. It will also warn you if you drift out of the lane.
