Will I receive this payment each time I get a new vehicle?

This payment is valid once per customer.

When will I receive my £750 payment?

You will receive the payment shortly after you take delivery of your new car or WAV.

Will this payment affect my Good Condition Bonus?

No, this £750 payment is separate and will not affect your eligibility for the Good Condition Bonus or the amount you receive.

Will I still get the payment if I extend my lease?

Yes, you’ll get the payment shortly after you get your next car or WAV but remember this payment is a one off and not something you'll receive after each new car.

How can I use the payment?

You can choose to send this directly to us to help towards your Advance Payment, or have this paid to you in full after you get your vehicle.

Who was eligible for the new payments?

Customers who were new to the Motability Scheme or were renewing received the New Vehicle Payment of £750 upon delivery of their car or wheelchair accessible vehicle.

Meaning if you take delivery of your first Motability vehicle or place an order before December 2024 you will be eligible.

If you’ve already had a £250 New Vehicle Payment, We’ll send you another £500.

If you were already on the Scheme before 1 January 2022, you’ll be eligible whenever you get your next vehicle.
