Discovery Sport PHEV
Featuring up to 38 miles of emission-free driving
The plug-in hybrid powertrain is one of the latest setups to be fitted to the new Discovery Sport. It’s a clever system, too, coupling a 1.5-litre three-cylinder petrol engine with an electric motor and batteries. The engine drives the front wheels, while the electric motor powers the rears. In total, the system pushes out a healthy 304bhp and 540Nm of torque, while drive is sent through an eight-speed automatic gearbox.
Thanks to that electrical assistance, Land Rover claims up to 175.5mpg and emissions of just 36g/km. In total, there’s an electric range of up to 37 miles available at speeds of up to 84mph. Using a standard three-pin socket, it’ll take around seven hours to charge that battery from empty to full, while a domestic wallbox will achieve the same level of charge in just 90 minutes. Use a DC fast charger, and you’ll be able to go from 0-80.

Ordered between 1st October 2024 to 31st December 2024, and registered by 31st December 2024, at participating Retailers only. With Land Rover Personal Contract Purchase you have the option at the end of the agreement to: (1) return the vehicle and not pay the Optional Final Payment.
