Autosport International 11 - 14 January 2024

Based at the NEC in Birmingham, Autosport International is the ultimate visitor and trade experience. With stars and cars from all levels of motorsport are on display and a dedicated engineering area the show is set to be an exciting one.

Goodwood Festival of Speed 11 and 14 July

The Goodwood estate on the south coast, near Chichester, West Sussex, has become known as a hub for all things motoring and motorsport, and its flagship, must-attend spectacle is the Festival of Speed.

Held in 2024 between July 11th and 14th, the Festival of Speed is an event like no other. Centred around its famous Hillclimb, it offers something for everyone, from vintage racers to the latest performance EVs. Early Bird ticket prices start from £63.

Festival of the Unexceptional – 27th July

If looking at multi-million-pound classics and hypercars isn’t really your thing, you’ll likely enjoy the Hagerty Festival of the Unexceptional. This growing event doesn’t praise expensive, unattainable cars, but rather the more ordinary and mundane classics.

Held at Grimsthorpe Castle in Lincolnshire, there is even a part called the ‘Concours de l’Ordinaire’ celebrating the cleanest ‘normal’ cars around. In 2023, the winner was a 1991 Daihatsu Applause. Prices for tickets start from £25.

The British Motor Show 15 -18 August 2024

The British Motor Show returns for another year in 2024, with this family-focused event taking place at Farnborough International, in Hampshire, between August 15 and 18.

Offering driving experiences, stunts shows and live arenas, there’s plenty to see at this growing event. Prices for single tickets start from £23.50, though a family ticket for two adults and two children is an affordable £47.

If you want a more civilised motoring event without deafening engines revving, you’ll likely enjoy Salon Prive. Held between August 28th and 31st in 2024, the event centres around the Concours d’Elegance, which sees some of the world’s rarest and most valuable cars compete.

It’s an event where many dress up in style, enjoy the flowing champagne and stunning grounds of Blenheim Palace, near Oxford. There is a more ‘public’ day on Sunday, however. Prices range from £50 for a ticket through to a whopping £645 for full hospitality.
